Refund Policy
There will be NO REFUNDS. If at any time a customer is not happy with the services provided a free re-clean for the area(s) in question can be scheduled. Pictures MUST be presented within 5 hours after the cleaning to secure free re-cleaning. We offer re-cleans of the effected area for free only up to 7 days after the original booking.
If you schedule and cancel less than 24 hours after booking, you are subject to a $100 cancellation fee and 50% of your booking cost in addition to the fees. This does not apply to rescheduling. Please be sure of your selections prior to submitting your booking to prevent loss of any of your funds.
Cancellations made 2 days or less before the original booking are subject to $50 cancellation fee plus taxes and fees.
A 100% deposit is required to secure all bookings
*Customers have until 1 hour prior to service to submit payment or appointments will be cancelled!
Arrival Policy.
Please be aware that Cleaners are allowed 15 minute grace period associated with arrival.
Once cleaner arrives, clients has 30 minutes to receive the cleaner. In the event that customer does not receive cleaner within the allotted receiving time, cleaner will live residence and customer will be responsible for all fees associated with a cancelled appointment.
